An annual performance and inflation based wage adjustment is made in our Company in the beginning of the year. Wages are paid as 16 times as gross salary. Waging package is comprised of salary, bonus (4 bonuses in a year is monthly reflected in salary) and social assistance package. Our employees are monthly compensated for house heating assistance and child benefit (for up-to two children).
Besides, there are bonus benefits for religious holidays; financial aid for marriage, birth, death and education assistance for children of the employees who attend at school.
Salary cuts over the rate determined by the Koç Foundation accumulate in an account on behalf of the employee and might be refunded in a certain amount –according to different conditions depending on seniority- in case the employee leaves the job. Optional Koç Allianz private health insurance is applied for the employee and his/her family. Furthermore every employee of ours is covered by the Personal Accident Insurance.
