The Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement is a manageable volume licensing program for organizations with 500 or more users or devices, offering the flexibility to lease cloud services and software licenses under one agreement. At the end of the agreement, there is an option to purchase on-premises software licenses.
Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE):
The Server and Cloud Enrollment is a manageable volume licensing program that allows for the procurement of server infrastructure (CIS, SQL, BizTalk, SharePoint), development tools (Visual Studio), and Azure cloud solutions at a discounted rate.
Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA):
The Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) is a licensing agreement for institutions with 250 or more users/devices. MPSA is one of the best agreement models for organizations that want to license Microsoft on-premises software, cloud services, or both as needed.
A licensing and service agreement for organizations that want to license Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365...), on-premises software, or both. It offers the option to procure on-premises licenses on a rental or perpetual (perpetual) model. Software Assurance (SA) is not available for perpetual licenses.
